3. Subscriptions & Billing

Plan features, limits, and permissions are activated automatically upon successful payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Plan changes take effect immediately.

4. Content You Upload

You retain ownership of all photos, PDFs, and content you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use this content. We may remove content that violates applicable law or these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security controls, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.

7. Limitation of Liability

Album Inspire is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
